Sometimes I wonder if the Internet helps people. Of course it's a great information source, of course it makes it easy to find examples of people who've gone through similar issues. It's the great accelerator of knowledge. That's indisputable. But then I take a look at Not Proud and wonder if confessing and/or reading other's confessions is useful or harmful. Did the author of the following really feel better after he wrote it?
