The complicated world of audience intelligence

For the fast few months I’ve been collaborating with Write On Network and Adobe on content strategy and writing. It’s been fascinating to dive into the world of Media and Entertainment and the challenges facing companies during this digital transformation.

We now expect to consume our content whenever and wherever we want it: starting a show in the living room and continuing on a phone or tablet on the train to work. Advertising is changing too where advertisers demand smarter profiles and more behavior-based intelligence behind media purchases. Adobe with their marketing suite is at the forefront, and as a past CMO it’s been great to get out of my tech bubble and look at another vertical.

It’s also been enlightening to work with such a thoughtful organization that thinks about story with even the most basic product content.
